Attunement and Certification Training with Meghan Charles, Reiki Master Teacher ,LMT

Reiki is a natural, safe, and effective healing system that uses Universal Life Force Energy to address and bring healing to physical, mental and emotional imbalances. It is a holistic system for healing and harmonizing all aspects of your well-being and is a powerful tool in ones journey of personal and spiritual development.

During the training you will learn about & experience:

• History & principles of (Usui) Reiki
• First Degree Usui Reiki attunement
• Main chakra centers and subtle energy
• Reiki Meditation
• Scanning the energy field
• Connecting to your intuition
• Using a pendulum
• Grounding, clearing and protecting your energy
• Treating yourself with Reiki
• How to give a complete Reiki treatment

In addition to all that you will learn during the training, one of the most powerful experiences is the attunement. After the attunement, Reiki energy flows through the hands of the Reiki practitioner and can be directed for self-healing or for others. The energy helps to re-establish balance and harmony on the physical, emotional, and astral planes so that one feels refreshed, relaxed and restored.

* Level 1 is the beginner level of a series of trainings and attunements that will prepare one to practice and use Reiki for oneself, friends and family. If you have been interested in pursuing Reiki healing beyond personal use, this is a good place to start but is not sufficient in and of itself to begin to work as a Reiki practitioner.

This training will be on Sunday August 22nd from 10:30 - 5pm and will be held at either Fullheart Soulutions or Putnam Cottage in Forest Hill (depending on amount of participants). As we get closer to the date you will be notified of exact location.

Cost is $175 and includes training, manual and certificate.

Enrollment is non-refundable but can be applied to a future training in the unfortunate event you cannot participate (Trainings are held at least once per season).

During the weeks leading up to the training it is strongly encouraged that you begin to physically, mentally and energetically prepare for this transformative experience by looking at habits that may no longer be serving you and focusing on intentions for this next exciting phase of your journey and growth.
